Allbirds ReRun is committed to extending the life of our products; therefore, all sales are final to minimize the carbon footprint associated with shipping and processing. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match the description, please contact our support team within 30 days.
Return Process

Ensure your item is eligible for a return by confirming it was received in a damaged condition or significantly different from the listing description.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our ReRun customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the defect or discrepancy.
- 3.Prepare Shipment
Once your claim is approved, use the provided prepaid shipping label and pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
